PURPOSE: 

To outline capabilities, limitations, terms, conditions, and stipulations of services provided by FAT and Imthefatboy.com

SCOPE:

These policies encompass and apply to all graphic design, web design, digital art, traditional/contemporary art,  photography, videography, feature verses, t-shirt printing, editing (audio/visual/literary), consulting, or any other service for hire provided or listed by FAT and imthefatboy.com

POLICIES:

General:

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that is legally non-discriminatory 

-Unfortunately due to costs and logistics we are unable to process refunds at this time, however we will work to do our absolute best to complete your job to your expectations including revisions.

Graphic Design, Digital Art, Traditional art:
-Allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday, no weekends or major U.S. holidays) for most standard (text and/or existing image based) graphic design.
-Allow 10 business days (Monday-Friday, no weekends or major U.S. holidays) for most artwork including sketch art, digital art, or any other traditional art style (i.e. painting, sculpting, drawing, writing)

-Images, whether included in your final or not (i.e example pictures, or unused elements), that you provide remain the property of you OR the original owner of said image. FAT nor imthefatboy.com claim or retain any rights for works not completed by us.
